Estepona

Estepona has done what most of the coast did not: kept a real town centre. The old quarter is genuinely lived in, the marina works, and the beachfront runs for kilometres without turning into a strip.

Stock ranges from townhouses in the old town to new-build apartments on the New Golden Mile and villas up towards the hills. Prices are still below Marbella for comparable build quality.
